At ESS, we are firm believers in prevention is better than cure.  We aim to give your instrument maximum up-time throughout its life, enabling you, our customer, to maximise your return on investment.

Service and support are the backbone of our business, and our goal is to provide levels of support that are unsurpassed in the industry.  We offer a range of service contracts to suit your requirements, and are more than happy to tailor packages to suit your individual needs.  Our service contracts ensure that your instrument remains in the best operating conditions possible.

In addition to contracts, we offer a full in-house repair and refurbishment facility for our own instrument range and all instruments manufactured by VG Quadrupoles, some Thermo Quadrupole models and Pfeiffer, see Factory Repairs.
